SALON POLICY
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by our salon policies.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual exhibiting inappropriate behavior or rudeness toward our staff or other clients within the salon. For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly request that children aged 10 and under are not brought to long service appointments unless they are receiving a service themselves.
APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. Cash tips are greatly appreciated. Personal checks are not accepted. A $50 deposit is required to secure appointments for new color clients; this deposit will be applied toward the total service cost on the day of the appointment. Deposits can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. For security reasons, we do not accept credit card information over the phone. Full deposits are required prior to booking all extension services.
We understand that emergencies may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. To respect the time of your stylist and other clients, we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving later than 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of your deposit and the need to reschedule. No-shows will be flagged, and deposits will be non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY
All services and products are final sale and non-refundable. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within one week so we can work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
