SALON POLICY
By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our salon policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual displaying inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or disruptive conduct toward our staff or other guests.
To ensure the comfort, safety, and relaxation of all clients, we kindly ask that children ages 8 and under not attend extended service appointments unless they are scheduled to receive a service themselves.
APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. Gratuities in cash are sincerely appreciated. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.
A $50 deposit is required to secure appointments for new color clients. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Deposits can be submitted via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App.
For your security, we do not accept credit card information over the phone. Full deposits are required in advance for all extension services. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
To respect the schedules of both our stylists and clients, we offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-shows) may be subject to future booking restrictions.
REFUND POLICY
All services and retail products are final sale and non-refundable. However, client satisfaction remains our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within seven (7) days of your appointment so we can review your concerns and work toward an appropriate resolution.
